Can I book a journey that isn’t an airport transfer?
Yes. Request a local trip or a longer journey from your chosen pickup to your destination. We also arrange travel to the Gatwick area and onward journeys from Gatwick Airport. All journeys are subject to availability and a confirmed quote.
What’s included in my fixed price?
Your fare is agreed before you travel. Airport pickup/drop-off charges, tolls, congestion charges and extra stops may cost extra. Ask for the full total when booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
GCL monitors flights and adjusts pickup times. Share your flight number when arranging your transfer.
Can I book an early-morning pickup?
The service operates 24 hours a day. Pre-book and confirm availability with the team.
Do you serve both Gatwick terminals?
Yes. Tell the team whether you’re travelling through North or South Terminal so they can confirm the right pickup point.
