What happens when you save an enquiry

We record your name, phone number, journey addresses and postcodes, dates and times, passenger and luggage numbers, vehicle request, relevant flight details and any message you provide. We use this information to respond to your request, prepare a quote, arrange an accepted booking and manage payment and driver assignment. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking.

Who receives it

The operator can access your enquiry in a password-protected booking register. Relevant journey and contact details may be passed to the driver assigned to your booking. Website hosting stores the records. When you choose to continue in WhatsApp, your details are passed to WhatsApp; its own privacy terms also apply. No WhatsApp message is sent automatically.

Security and session information

We use an essential session cookie for secure requests and operator sign-in. The booking system also uses a short-lived, hashed network identifier to limit abuse. It does not add advertising or analytics cookies. Do not enter payment card numbers, identity document numbers or unnecessary sensitive information in the comments.

Your choices

You can call us instead of submitting online. Contact us to request access to or correction of your information, ask about retention, or request deletion where applicable. We may need to retain some booking or financial records to meet legal obligations or resolve a dispute.
